Guitar Hero + Christmas = Pics & Videos...we got a new camera!!!

Cute Bella at our house!
This pic really tells ya how I felt the day after Christmas, beat! Here I am sleeping with my mom's dog Bella right by me, Chade off to the right, and Paysley laying (or lying? I hated that in English!) near my legs. Sorry we blend in with the blanket! I was tired and had no idea this pic was being taken until the flash woke me up!

Chade relaxed and waiting for the presents. He isn't possessed!

Paysley sniffing out her stocking. Spencer says she gets that from me! Smart girl! She isn't possessed either, trust me!

My fancy new elliptical ( I love it!!!)-don't mind the mess, it was Christmas morning! I keep telling myself that cuz this pic causes me anxiety, haha!

Christmas morning - opening up his CD player for his truck and talking to his dad!

Okay, so Guitar Hero has taken up pretty much all our time since Spencer opened it Christmas morning! At 2am I finally tell Spencer that we just got to go to bed. I am sure our neighbors don't appreciate it...we really try not to be too loud. As I am writing this post, Spencer is mastering the Guitar. It seriously is like an addiction. My last post was about how my family enjoyed it as well. Well here we go again-last night my sister had us all over again to play and Spencer even went out to buy another guitar so someone could play bass, he's always thinking of including everyone! These videos are hilarious! My mom was recording it all on her camera and I was in the video singing, but then I wanted to record on our new camera. Well once again they all dressed the part. My bro-inlaws, Michael and Roman put on their daughter's Hannah Montana Wigs, Spencer rolled up his sleeves and added a bandana (We all thought he looked like Joe Don from Rascal Flatts, rarr!). My sisters are so hilarious. They went downstairs for a minute because my mom and I told them they NEEDED to look the part. They then came up more enhanced, if you get my drift! We were all laughing sooo hard that we literally had tears! It was so much fun! I absolutely love how everyone gets involved (even my nephews and nieces make appearances in the video)! The other pics are just random! Enjoy the good times!!! Seriously, rock on THUMB WRASTLERS, rock on!

P.S. Jen specifically said I could not add this to my blog, but hey she has no computer, so will she ever know?!?! Jen is in the black shirt and Patti is in the white shirt! Michael (Jen's husband) is on the very left and Roman (Patti's husband) is playing the drums. My man is in the middle!

The other videos wouldn't download on here, but they are posted on my facebook page!

Merry Christmas!!!

Spencer and I had a great Christmas! It all started at 8am when I could no longer sleep anymore, so we opened presents. Spencer got two pairs of shoes, shirt, cd, cd player for his truck, socket and wrench set, pj's (for Christmas Eve), and Guitar Hero World Tour (that was my surprise for him). I got an elliptical :), workout dvd's, 3 cd's, pj's (again for Christmas Eve)shirt, and some way cute boots! All morning we played Guitar Hero. It was a blast. I never thought in a million years I would buy that for him, but I guess I get that from my mom -I just had to get it for him. Yeah, I thanked my mom for that one, haha! Tonight we went to my sister's for dinner! It was a blast! We got my whole fam playing Guitar Hero; hence, the video! These guys were really serious about their "band!" My brother inlaw Roman is on the drums and with his daughter's Hannah Montana Wig, he totally looked his part! My bro, Derek, lead guitar, rolled up his sleeves and added the bandana. Spencer was the lead singer, he was suppose to be the "pretty boy", but all my sis could find was the cute cowboy hat! Awhh, memories! Rock on Thumb Wrastlers!!!

Buster AKA Bruiser!

Frodo AKA Harley!

Bella

Oliver! (After his first haircut)

I thought I would update this blog with recent pics of the puppies we had. I don't have Scout's new family's contact info, so I am not able to get pics of him - which is so sad! Here are the rest! They are getting so big! I see Harley all the time and he even stays with us - right now he is right here with us! Anyway, just an update!

Twilight!

Today my friends from school invited me to go see the movie, Twilight! Keep in mind I have never read the books like they all have, but I thought it would be fun to go anyway. I actually really liked the movie! Great, now I want to read the books. I am one of those people, who when I start something, I have to finish it! That isn't the best thing to do with my time since my last semester of nursing school is just around the corner. I told my friends that maybe I'll just stick with the movies. I heard the next one has already started production.
Anyway, Spencer is enjoying having his wife back. We have had so much fun together, but that isn't anything new. Spencer absolutely loves playing basketball, so he has so much fun playing with our ward every Thursday and of course I am there cheering him on! We are so excited for Christmas this year! I have a surprise for Spencer...

Festival of Trees

Spencer & I have made it a tradition to go to Festival of Trees every year! It is all for such a great cause -Primary Children's Hospital! I love that hospital and it might be where I end up working. It has such a great atmosphere to it. This year a tree was donated to my cousin Emily's little girl, Ashley. She returned home to Heavenly Father this past March from a rare brain tumor. It was so neat to see her tree and read her story. It was so beautiful and brought tears to my eyes. I really look up to my cousin Emily and her amazing strength. What a great family!
